I’m right by your side
I’m Libby, a Certified Infant Sleep Practitioner and Mum of 3 to a 6 year old boy and 3 year old girl/boy twins.
I have a Level 6 OCN Certification (Distinction) through the London School of Childcare Studies. To put this in perspective, Level 6 is equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree, representing a high level of academic and practical expertise in child development and sleep science.
Unlike unregulated 'sleep coaches,' my methods are rooted in evidence and safety.
As you’d expect with 3 children, I’ve had my fair share of sleepless nights, feeding/rocking leading to sleep deprivation and negativity kicking in. A sleep consultant revolutionised my life!
Because of my own experiences, sleep coaching became a passion and Libby Sleep Consultancy was born with the drive to help families get the sleep they need to thrive not survive.
Giving your baby a healthy sleep foundation and in turn all the sleep you deserve, can transform your mindset and reduce feelings of overwhelm. I use a range of gradual and responsive methods which means I can be reactive to each individual situation as every baby is different and will respond to different approaches, however I do not use the Cry It Out method.
